Store Library

The Store Library allows you to manage all your media files, images, and various content types in one centralized location. You can also share these assets across different stores within your organization, streamlining content management and ensuring brand consistency.

Overview​

This section provides an overview of your stored items, their total size, and usage statistics.

  • Total Items: The number of media assets currently in your library.
  • Total Size: The cumulative size of all your stored media.
  • Storage Usage: Your current storage consumption, often with a quota limit indicated.

Managing Content​

You can search, filter, and view your content in different ways:

  • Search: Use the search bar to find specific media by name or keywords.
  • Type Filter: Filter content by type (e.g., images, videos, documents).
  • Filter Tags: Apply custom tags to further refine your content search.
  • Grid View/List View: Toggle between different display modes for your content.

Sharing Content Across Stores​

Easily share content from your Store Library with other stores in your group. This feature is crucial for multi-location businesses to maintain consistent messaging and promotions.
